We understand that it's not always possible to make it into the office for appointments. That's why we offer HIPAA-complaint, secure video-conferencing meetings for ease of access. Some restrictions apply.

Please email (regina@portolawellness.com) or call (650 207 4435) our practice manager, Regina, with details regarding your request. We will arrange for a brief phone consultation in order to develop a better understanding of your needs, and to see if our clinic may be the right fit for you.

We accepts the following insurance plans:
Aetna
If you have insurance other than Aetna, we would be considered an 'out-of-network' provider. You will be provided with all the necessary documentation required for potential reimbursement (common with PPO plans). Many clients in our practice get reimbursed a substantial portion of the fees.
