Dr. Yoonas is a founding member of Elite Focus Clinic, a center of excellence dedicated to the treatment of Adult ADHD. He also is co-founder of Portola Wellness, An Association of Stanford-trained Psychiatrists. His Stanford-training, including serving as Chief Resident, has equipped him with the most up-to-date treatment strategies to help his clients achieve their goals as soon as possible. In addition to treating the full range of psychiatric disorders, Dr. Yoonas has a particular interest in Adult ADHD, mood & anxiety disorders, stress reduction & herbal/natural remedies. He has trained extensively in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with David Burns, M.D.), Mindfulness-Based approaches and pharmacology to create highly individualized treatment plans.
